Choose your form builder or app as the trigger (e.g., "New Google Form response").
Add "Webhooks by Zapier" as the action. Paste your TryAinora webhook URL and map the fields.

Log into Zapier and click "Create Zap". Search for your form builder or lead source app as the trigger.
Select the trigger event (e.g., "New Form Response" for Google Forms, "New Submission" for Jotform). Connect your account and select the specific form.
Search for "Webhooks by Zapier" as the action app. Choose "POST" as the action event. Paste your TryAinora webhook URL and map the phone number, name, and email fields from your trigger.
Test the Zap to make sure data flows correctly, then publish it. Submit a test form entry to verify you receive an AI callback.
