In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows. Click "Create workflow" and choose "Contact-based" as the workflow type.
Set the trigger to "Contact has filled out a form". Select the specific form(s) you want to trigger AI callback, or choose "Any form" to apply it site-wide.
Add a "Send a webhook" action to the workflow. Set the method to POST, paste your TryAinora webhook URL, and include the contact properties (phone number, name, email) in the request body.
Review your workflow and turn it on. Submit a test form to verify you receive an AI callback within 60 seconds.
The webhook action runs alongside your existing workflow actions. Your HubSpot notifications, CRM contact creation, email sequences, and lead assignments all continue to work exactly as before. TryAinora simply adds an instant phone call on top of what you already have.
